This is a great tasting nutritional yeast. I made a stellar mock Alfredo sauce with spinach and was practically licking the bowl after I finished the pasta.

Here in Australia I usually pay over $11 for just 200grams. At iherb I paid $11.47 for 624grams. The product is good quality and so much better value. It is a great substitute for cheese. Just sprinkle it over spaghetti, pasta and many other dishes. Great source of vitamin Bs for vegetarians.
