This product was recommended by my naturopath for osteoporosis over another one recommended by a wellness chiropractor because of the added magnesium plus other nutrients. He felt it added overall to new bone growth than any other product available and since he has improved my health in other areas,I believe him.I am completely satisfied.

along with Life Extension Bone Restore to keep my bones in tip top shape, This product is good as Life Extension products usually are.
