This has been great with my sugar sensitivity. I take one of these before eating anything sweet, including foods sweetened with grape or pear juice, and I don't get the gassiness or stomach discomfort as I did without it.

I've been using these enzymes for years. Enzymes help you absorb more nutrients from your food. This is a good balance of various enzymes. Added bonus, amylase helps metabolize alcohol. I always take a few with me when having a night on the town.

Though I normally trust this brand, I do not seem to get good results with these enzymes, and I won't buy them again. I do like that they are in veggie caps, though, and I wish more brands would follow suit.
