I just loved it. It is a good mix of seeds and almonds. The taste is superb and it is crunchy too. Just a tablespoon is filling and satisfying.

I like it, but it fits more in salads and food in general then eaten by it's own. The price also makes that a more appropriate use for my sake.

Raw food with the addition of cayenne pepper, the ideal addition to salads (previously ground in a coffee grinder), a little olive oil and Himalayan salt, served with a piece of meat from the grill!
