In a study of 608 patients across a 5 year period, those with high levels of omega-3 fatty acids in their blood experienced a slowing of the shortening of their telomeres, indicating that the fatty acids help to slow the ageing process. There is a growing body of evidence which shows that omega-3 has a crucial role in cancer prevention and possibly even cure. I have been taking omega-3 fish oil for more than five years. I used to eat Natural Factors bought at http://goo.gl/FNyXO . This is the first time I try Madre Labs. The quality seems not worse than Natural Factors product, and the price is great. I believe I will keep taking Madre Labs fish oil. Don't miss visiting my iherb page at http://goo.gl/6cJcf to get special reduction and picking a free product at http://goo.gl/qHkLE before putting your order!

I usually buy Nordic naturals but trust this brand and tried these. Although the EPA/DHA content is lower I may buy again if I was on a budget as i didnt have the fishy burps. Best way to test a good fish oil is to open a capsule to see if it smells rancid.

Good: Normal Fish Oil, doesn't smell. Bad: The bottle doesn't close properly, so is not so good for keeping the product for a long time.
