I really like these. I put them on yogurt and in my warm and hot cereals. Great way to add some protein and omegas into my diet. I only gave them 4 stars because the organic line I have noticed has way more hemp seed shell parts than the non-organic.

As with most of iHerbs hemp seeds, this is a wonderful way to get your omega 3's and protein. Lovely taste and texture ;))
