I ordered 4 bottle, I take 2 softgels 3 times with meal. I almost finish a bottle and gradually found CLA is working. Of course I believe it takes some time in conjunction with a regular diet & workout.

The softgels are big, but surprisingly easy to swallow. They have helped me to limit between-meal snacking and subsequently help me lose weight.

I have been using this about two weeks or so and I do believe it is working in conjunction with my healthy vegan lifestyle and my exercise regime. I will keep using this and would suggest others give it a go for themselves.

Looking at the front label someone could think that the mg of the product are 1250 while it's 1000.
