Got these for my boyfriend, didn't really notice a difference and neither did he. No harmful side effects, and maybe it works great for others, but he didn't like it.

I know it says on the bottle that is not for women, but I've been taking it for a year or two without any adverse effects. I love the ingredients and it boosts my sports performance.
