i couldn't judge it's effects because i just start eating 3weeks. anyway, i will take it straight 3 months as recommended.

My husband started using this a month ago... so we'll see. He will take it for at least 4 months. But we both noticed that his hair looks thicker and healthier! :)

Very good product... works effectively... but the speed in which regrowth happens depends on how often you take it... All ingredients are natural and especially good for men in their late 30's and 40's for general prostate health
