It is so micronized that melts so well in my skimmed milk. Drinking it after my strenuous workouts and it refreshes me nicely and is very tasty as natural protein can be. It does help to build my muscles for sure. Would certainly buy again and again, and I am recommending you to try!

protein energy no gluten

tastes good, effective with the right mix - we use fruits, like bananas, rasberries, mango & add ice with coconut milk or omega 3 milk - our other recipe is adding cocoa and making it chocolatey -- did not get bloaty from it (that's primary concern for me) - I use it for energy and endurance instead of eating something...they could strengthen the energy factor
