I read an article about how bioavailable silica can increase bone matrix by 22%, but I don't think I will buy a second bottle because the taste is that bad!

Too much choline...

This product gives me a stiff neck due too the choline in it. I have tried it many times and end up with a headache if used every day. I took for a couple of months & did not notice any improvement in hair, skin, or mails either.

I take this with Biotin supplements and Neocell Super Collagen and after 3 months have noticed a dramatic improvement to my hair loss problem.. Highly recommended.
