My nails are much stronger. I love it that they don't break and are all the same length. Haven't taken it long enough to see collagen and hair strenthening results. I stopped taking in the past and my nails started weakening so I will continue to take this product.

I was taking steroids for two years and my skin was flaking off. My hair was thinning drastically. The clerk at Natural Foods in Anchorage suggested BioSil as some of her customers had reported good luck with this product. With in 3 months there was a definite improvement in my skin and hair. I recommend it to all my friends.
