Purchased at iHerb

was taking another brand with a 2 to 1 ratio of calcium plus magnesium in favor of calcium.this needs to be changed to a equal ratio for each in the future once the word gets out about how unhealthy excess calcium can be.taking too much calcium will just cause a magnesium defiency and cause more problems as time goes on.iherb was very fast and service was excellent.
