I take this along with Natural Factors Coenzyme Q10 200mg daily. The combination is supposed to be great for heart health. You do have to watch the vitamin E though if you are on blood thinners since Vitamin E is a natural blood thinner. (that goes for any other meds that thin the blood) I love Natural Factors since their products are pure and safe. I have been buying from Iherb for years and am extremely happy with their service and speedy delivery. Best prices anywhere
