I have used several brands of garlic over the years however find this one just as effective and not too expensive. I was without it for about a month and noticed my blood pressure rising. Once I received this and began taking it again my blood pressure is back down to my normal range. It really does work and help.

I started taking garlic years ago to lower my cholestoral, which I now know garlic doesn't do. But, before I knew that I had been taking it regularly when I travelled to India for a month meditation retreat. I have always been one of those people the mosquitoe go for. However this retreat was different. Sitting still for 14 hours a day in the mosquito-ridden heat, I didn't get a single mosquito bite in 30-days. I was amazed. Now with all the nasty things carried by mosquitos my husband and I both take 2 tablets daily. No more smelly sprays for us!
