We bought this Zinc Citrate for one of our daughters who frequently gets colds during the flue season. It really seems to work well- not only in preventing such illness but at also shortening the duration. I've found Natural Factors products to be excellent and their price on this product is terrific. I started using zinc to boost my immune system. It works. A side benefit has been the white spots on my left hand fingernails disappear when I use it regularly.
