Bought this for elderly mother-in-law that has chronic constipation and has used OTC senna with stool softner for many years. She was taking a lot every day. Then she started taking this instead, and only has to use 2 per night right before dinner and them all is fine next day. It also softens the stool which helps. A+ for stubborn constipation.
