Only two fillers in these caplets

I like magnesium oxide. People often claim it's poorly absorbed etc, however my understanding is that magnesium in food becomes oxidised when cooked and is therefore magnesium oxide. Also, if you have problems with organic acids then magnesium oxide is a good alternative. The caplets are really small and easy to swallow. What I also like is that compared to many other tablets, these caplets only contain two fillers. If you'd rather go natural and can tolerate them, 28 g (1 oz) of pumpkin seeds contain 150 mg of magnesium.
