This stuff works and swear by it. I've been using it for years. I don't know what I'd do if this product would go off the market. Ordering from iHerb was quick and easy. Thanks iHerb!!

Excellent product and I prefer this brand. Take at bedtime. If it's too much, empty part of the capsule.
