Purchased at iHerb

I have switched to a lower dose B complex for two reasons. 1. My diet has improved and is better balanced but still not perfect. 2. The recent Harvard Mens Health Watch(March 08) cautions high folic acid intake and a possible increase in prostate cancer and colon polyps. Being 48 yrs old, I don't see any clear health benefits for me at higher doses.
