I found out that I was deficient in copper. Supplementing copper has to my amazement erased fine lines around the eyes. No other supplement has had such a dramatic effect on the skin, although MSM and vitamin C are important too. I do not use creams other than moisturizers for my skin, copper does the rest.

I feed my dog a home-prepared diet and needed to find a product that would allow me to add a specific amount of copper (1.5 mg.) to balance the diet. I use a pill cutter to halve the tablets, then crush one of the halves into my dog's food each day. Perfect! Ordering from iHerb was simple and delivery of my order was very prompt.
