Really delicious and seems like a great balance of nutrients

It's difficult not to eat these like candy! I love them, but vegans should be aware that they have some milk products in them. I also like that these aren't just calcium -- it's a nice balance with magnesium and Vitamin D.

Hope the kind of nutrients in this product are the most important for fighting osteoporosis, since I went off the fosomax. Will know in June.

Not favored by younger kids, too chalky for most, but they have a pleasant vanilla taste for adults and I like the heart shape. They aren't so bad that older kids won't take them. Easy to carry and useful to boost calcium intake during the day.
