Was spending hours looking for a suitable multi-vitamin for my 2-year-old toddler son, and chose this because it has small amounts of medicinal mushrooms and holy tulsi basil in it. My beautiful boy loves to chew these but we can't give more than one per day to him because otherwise he'll get too much energy which he already has in massive amounts :) He also seem to be recovering from flu quite fast after starting to eat these.
