I started taking these after trying a few other kinds, and they are WONDERFUL! I'm not the most in-tune with my body, and so didn't notice an immediate difference. However, after being on them for 2 months, I went a few weeks on vacation without them and the difference was remarkable. They improve energy, skin, digestion, mood...and I feel healthier than ever. Plus, I only take 1/day (not 2 as recommended). The price + effects are definitely worth it.
