I contacted the maker of this supplement twice asking about the inclusion of GM ingredients, and twice was ignored. Draw your own conclusions - I have switched to a brand that does not include poison in their health products.

I love this one. I'll be taking this from now on. Each bottle only lasts 15 days so $.50 a day is worth it. It comes in Vcaps which is way better than those horse-pill tablets which may or may not be absorbed well. Lots of food sources. Greens, Algae, Fruits, Mushrooms, etc. I don't think there's a better Multi out there unless you take one of those 15-20 pill packs but even then, a lot of those are hard tablets and their ingredients don't come from natural food sources.
