Ihave tried this one in my family for my son, myself, & my husband, & the skin & hair is showing a realGLOW & feel Good inside-out. Continue brining this product , I am Big consumer for this one for sure.

COQ10 dosage too low 25mg is too weak but I got this free!

It's ok I guess, I just need to take a lot to see results. But 25 mg is way to low (I need over 100mg when I have leg vein pain, why I take COQ10). I got this for free so it's all right but I won't buy it as I end up having to swallow too many of these to get relief.
