These are great in combination with the Echinacea cold and flu relief I have beat many a cold into submission! My daughter has trouble with vitamin pills. They make her feel nauseated, so she uses these lozenges when she feels any early signs of a cold or fever. She gets the necessary vitamins, beats the infection early, and doesn't have an upset stomach. These taste good, but they make my stomach feel a little woozy a little bit after taking them which is the reason for the 4 star instead of 5 star rating. They must be potent!
