I really like this brand. I discovered one year ago and since then I've been buying it regularly. It's a bit pricey but love it. I believe it's worth.

This cacao powder is pretty tasty and handles quite easily. It's not as finely ground as some other higher quality raw cacao powders but it's still very fine and should be enough for most uses. The flavour has a mild bitter tinge and the cacao flavour is plenty prominent. It is however not the best cacao flavour I've had, there are better ones out there with a richer and fuller taste. This one is, if compared to those a little "flat", the flavour doesn't hang as much but on the bright side, it doesn't have a bad aftertaste. Overall a very good product for almost anything you'd like to use it for. I'd however first and foremost recommend it for baking, boiling or the like. There are better ones out there if you're making raw chocolate though.

I had to use a bender in order to make anything with this product. Since I was trying to consume it throughout the day in liquid form, it would be much more convenient if it had a consistency more conducive to mixing. Other than that it was a great product with good flavor, and did what I had hoped.
