I buy this for my Father-in-law

I can't really speak for this vit as I buy it for my father-in-law who lives in Ghana. But they have asked me to continue to order for him, so it must be good!

Easy to swallow

Compare to Life force, smaller tablet size helps me to swallow three times a day.
