I had already resolved my severe BPH problems, when coming across this formula and decided to try for maintenance. Saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil were the only ingredients used prior, and thought maybe those other ingredients might cause further improvement. After several bottles, Prostate 5LX sufficiently maintained current status, but no further improvement in reducing trips to latrine nor increase in urine flow. Although a little more expensive, I switched to the Prosta-Response for a more encompassing formulation.
