Although I don't notice any effect New Chapter Wholemega is the only fish oil I trust. Update: As I never consume sugar or other refined carbonhydrates I really don't need fish oil because I discovered that these liquids are responsible for irregular heart beats and palpitations. They just thin my blood too much. Actually it felt like I was having a heart attack and a stroke! It made me wake up at night with strange feelings. If you eat a healthy diet you probably don't need fish oil. It's just for people who consume sugar an processed foods with disbalanced ratio's of omega 3 & 6.

I have always trusted New Chapter for quality and purity of ingredients. The Wholemega is no exception. Easily digested without any of the side effects I have read about with other brands. My partner and I both take these twice a day. Great product.

Lets see: with this product Dr. Bob who comes on a Phoenix station Saturday morning, recommends New Chapter as quality supplements. He is a little flaky, but does seem to know his business. So I trust some of his recommendations. I can't get everything - I would need an extra storage room for that, so I limit my supplements.

fish oil is good for the body and i feel that these are some of the best on the market.
