I had a knee replacement in the past, and I was given medication for pain,postsurgically. I took the pain medication for a few months, but it had so many side effects that I stopped. I hate taking medication, therefore, I decided to try the herbal prep, zyflamend, and it worked very very well. I had taken it in the pre-surgical time for minor arthritis, but I had no clue as to how it would work after surgery. I even shared some tablets with a friend of mine who has arthritis, and she said it helped her tremendously (I gave her the night-time valerian zyflamend). Thanks for being a provider of such a useful blend of herbs!!

I walk a lot and take the stairs in the morning. I can tell the difference when I don't take my zyflamend. Try it. iherb has the best prices! Jerry-Bend, OR

Have taken for years now and is a real fix for the lower back pain that I have. If I do have a flare up it only last for a few days. In the past was prescribed steriods with no lasting effect and then I was threatened with an operation. This product works GREAT!!!!!!
