Love this honey!!! Im a bit of a honey snob; this one has a very unique flavor that i liked at first and eventually came to LOVE. Im not sure i can or want to switch back to lesser honeys. My usage is almost exclusively in black tea with milk; occassionally i put it on toast where it is also delicious.
