Am trying these for high cholesterol. So far they are easy to swallow, nice and soft gel tabs. iHerb shipped them right out and had them in a couple days!

Good dosage and convenient compared to liquid version.

I used to take the liquid version, it has more potency and value more money. However, it is very inconvenient as it drips on the side of the bottle when it poured out. I have to wash the bottle each time. The softgel version is definetly much more convenient and the dosage is suitable for young child (The liquid version is more concentrated). I just wish that Nordic Natural won't charge so much just for packaging into softgel. Much more expensive compared to liquid version.
