This mixture smells like fish and I can taste the fish oil...won't purchase again. I prefer the regular...no additives Nordic Naturals, Ultimate Omega

I read in a book by a gastro doctor that fish oil helps with colon inflammation. Read up on all the fish oils and decided on this one. I also really like that it has CoQ10 in it - great for muscle aches.
