I love all of the North American Herb and Spice products. Dr. Cass Ingram recommends them and I trust him completely. This has a great taste and makes me feel good. lots of energy.

I bought it for supporting hormonal functions, adrenals etc. cannot say for sure yet if it is helping me. shame it runs out so fast and is quite costly
