Acne breakouts

Overall the product is ok but after taking it i had a lot of acne breakouts so i stopped and the breakouts were gone i think its the iodine or B12 and B6 in this multi which is causing acne

May harm your stomach.Mine was upset after two pills. Too many ingredients in that product.The problem is not the large size of the pills but what they contain. Spend your money for something more simple.(one or two ingredients).
