Not only did this product get me great blood lipid numbers but it also is good for a swollen prostate. I only get up once per night now.

Good for adrenal fatigue

Very cheap and very effective for adrenal recovery. Take 10 caps (4 grams) at night before bed and you'll be flying out of bed in the morning, good for cardiovascular health of course too. Also good for low androgens in males

I have been using this product for several years to help manage my cholesterol.My total cholesterol went from 230 down to 170 in just a couple of months! It's part of my daily dietery regimen along with lots of vigorous exercise and it is all natural!

Began taking at doctor's recommendation after having heart surgery. LDL and triglycerides have dropped significantly. Plan on taking this for the rest of my life. Now Foods is my favorite brand and iHerb my favorite seller.
