Purchased at iHerb

Had terrible diarhea after taking this daily. Now take 1-2 times/week. Haven't had a cholesterol test yet so...

Had high cholesterol (350) and the Dr gave me 6-months to work with my diet and exercising -- I managed to lower the total by about 100 points. She then gave me another 3 months to see if I could make further changes. Added in these Now plant sterols and have been taking it religiously per the directions and also have changed to almost all vegetarian eating. Talked to the Dr today and both my total and bad cholesterol have gone back up some -- the good cholesterol up a little. At 54 I realize my age and family background is a big factor but I expected results. Will no longer be taking this.
