I don't know if it's working against the candida, but I've had no adverse reaction. Plus, I haven't gotten sick since I've been on it, despite being around people with colds.

Use as maintenance

After a horrible case of chronic Candida throughout my whole body due to over prescription of anti-biotics, I was able to cure it with Candex and diet. I use Candida Clear daily to keep it from coming back. If I get a little sore somewhere, I just double up the dosage and it seems to solve the problem. I doubt that I will ever stop taking this daily.
