When I began using Now Foods products, I felt a bit uneasy about the product quality because the prices were unmatched by other brands. Now after using multiple of their products, I tend to trust their quality and have not been disappointed.

Lasting energy for the muscles

Very pronounced effect. Only take this if you will be working out or working hard. If you have a day of moving furniture and boxes scheduled... go ahead and pop one. But when I took one and then blew off exercising it was almost uncomfortable. Provides long lasting energy, but you must really use it. Even half a pill is noticeable.
