Have been taking for a few weeks now to help strengthen my nails at the recommendation of my family physician but it's too soon for results. Will update.

Truly No Flush!

Previous to trying this product my doctor prescribed Niaspan to lower my cholesterol. I could not tolerate the flushing that disrupted my sleep every night even with taking an aspirin before the medication. This is a truly horrible drug. Flush free niacin is fantastic - no flush. I take it in the evening and if I do get a flush I do not know it because it has not affected my sleep at all. And I do not need to take an aspirin with it. I have not had my cholesterol checked yet because I have only just started taking this so my final review will wait until I know its effect on my cholesterol level.
