I have fairly severe osteo arthritis. My doctor recommended a supplement that contains all three: glucosamine, chondroitin AND MSM. When you already suffer from arthritis, it is sometimes difficult to determine whether a supplement does much good. I don't feel like my arthritis has worsened and I like the capsule form because it is easy to swallow compared to other supplements.

Has definitely helped my arthritic knees. Easy to swallow capsules at a great value!

this product has rumored to have the capability to actually rebuild joints. since i have chronic lyme disease, and my joints are always an issue, i take these 3-6x a day and they are helping me immensely. i would reccomend them to anyone who had joint problems, they truly are amazing.

I am really sad that I have to give this product a single star! I had such high hopes after reading all the positive reviews, and I have had such good experiences with other Now! products. But this product caused sharp chest pains - I can't tell if the pain is my rib cartilage, or lungs, or other soft tissue, but it starts about an hour after I take one of these capsules and disappears within 24 hours of when I stop taking them. If I take it as directed (3 per day with meals), the pain is too much for me to handle. I have to return this. Thankfully, iHerb has a low hassle return policy.
