It is so easy to put one of these little packets into a smoothy and they seem to work very well. I got my B12 up to a very decent level using these and they are not too costly either. B12 is a very important nutrient and a deficiency can lead to a mistaken diagnosis of multiple sclerosis or alzheimers which can devastate lives.

I take "Now Foods B-50 complex” and I thought I would try the "Instant Energy B12" just to see if it would give me instant energy. I didn’t feel any difference. With B-Vitamins I feel less stress and that makes them worth taking.

A good and easy way to get important vitamin B12. Helps me to focus at work and it's especially nice to take early in the morning to get rid of tiredness.
