I was plagued with hot flashes every hour and up at night at least 3 times ea. night with night sweats. My ears rang constantly and my head was in a cloud most of the time. I use this cream about 4 times a day sometimes and I may have one hot flash a day, but the intense is not near as severe. I have read Dr. Lee's book on Hormone Balance and I am so happy that I did because now I know how important Natural Progesterone is to prevent osteoporosis. My husband is using this also now; I have explained to him that he needs this for his bones also.

as l am in my early 40,s now my hormones are playing a bit of havic on me,l was using a cream from australia,with simular ingredients,l,ve started this one and are loving it so much and a added bonus it smells lovely too thanks very much iherb for your great products and your fantastic prices,here in australia the products can be 3 to 4 times more than usa,this one that we are talking about now,l pay nearly 4 times your price.

I am trying this after being on a progesterone only birth control pill that I hated. I prefer to go natural as often as possible and this product has been added to my arsenal of supplements that I am taking to combat estrogen dominance. I like it, it smells great, and the lavender oil is good for my condition as well.
