Haven't tried NOW brand yet but have been taking Krill oil for some timeand like its positive effects on skin, energy and general health.

alternative to fish oil

Now Foods Krill Oil has been a great alternative to fish oil for me. It gives me the nutritional value with out the very unpleasant fishy repeat.
