These are excellent if you need more energy.My husband uses them just before rowing and he seems to have never ending energy. Never feels tired between races, or even after and can just keep going with alot more power.We have given these to people who are sceptical and they have found out they really do work.

It tastes like cough syrup-ugh! I would not order again! if I could I would return for credit and get something else.that's the problem with online ordering.
