This may be the very best price possible out of all brands of evening primrose oil for such a high potency and well-formulated product. Thoroughly impressed. Have been using for approx. 1 month and notice many good changes. Have noticed a definite visible improvement in the look of my facial skin and a huge reduction in hot flashes (that improvement occurred within 1 week). I also began taking Country Life Resveratrol Plus at the same time, so some of my noticeable improvements, such as increased energy and clearer thinking, could be from that product also. I started taking these on the advise of my clinical nutritionist for my night sweats. After about 2 1/2 weeks, my night sweats have decreased immensely.

I haven't seen any improvement in PMS which is the reason why I purchased PO, but my skin looks great after about 3 weeks of use, so it I'll keep taking it. :)
