I begin taking these whenever I feel a cold coming on. I usually do not get the cold or just very minor symptoms. Now, my whole family takes these and even my Mom and Dad and Sister. They have all had good success.

I have been taking these for a few weeks. Anytime I start to feel congested I will take one and I start to feel better quickly. The lozenges do not taste bad.

These lozenges do seem to ward off a cold. I take them everyday, and when I feel some symptoms coming on, I take more, and haven't experienced a cold yet. My 2 year-old grandson loves them, too.
