I haven't tested my vitamin B-12 levels, but as a vegetarian I wanted to make sure that I'm getting enough of it. This product seems to give me an energy boost, so perhaps I was somewhat deficient on B-12. Before this product I used a sublingual tablet, which didn't have any noticeable effect on me.

I have used this before and I like the liquid form. It makes absorption into the system easier.

This is a pleasant tasting formula that surprised me for the fact it contains all the B vitamins, not just B-12, and, one must assume, is more effective, as the B vitamins work best in combination with each other. It can be taken with or in between meals and, as far as I can tell, is almost as effective as coenzyme B complex capsules, and would be a preferable choice for those who dislike swallowing pills.

does not feel as powerful as other b-12 .. will not get it again.
